Why is it we focus on the negative?

Why, when there are 10 good things happening and 1 not so good one, our mind gravitates to the negative and completely manipulates our thoughts? So much so that we don’t even see or recognize all the good things that are also going on.


The reason, is because your nasty Judge Saboteur is attacking your self-belief and your self-worth. It takes all the joy out of your day and replaces it with self-doubt, discouragement and sometimes even hopelessness. The practical application of Attention, Acceptance and Locus of Control are all excellent tools at combating this issue so you don’t have to give this saboteur the power any longer.

Let me show you how beginning March 5th in my Emotional Fitness program, let’s look at the course components:


The Emotional Fitness Program will run for 6 consecutive weeks and from now until Thursday February 29th at noon, when you buy one ticket, you can access a second at half price… 

  • Outcomes will be practical, action-based tools that will grow your self-command, build your self-confidence, and prevent your saboteur from drawing your brain to the negative with worry, fear, guilt, anxiety and a slew of other non-helpful emotions.

  • One weekly live learning video on Tuesdays @ 10:00am Eastern beginning March 5th

  • One weekly live Q & A per weekly on Thursdays at 10:00am Eastern, beginning March 7th, to help keep you motivated, supported and on track

  • Not available at those times? No need to worry, all videos will be recorded so you can watch later if attendance isn’t possible

  • A private Facebook group is set up for all members, where you will find everything related to the program. There is a full guide section by week that will lay out all materials and videos from each week to keep you organized and will provide easy access should you want to go back over a specific part of that week

  • Frequent posts will be added with relevant information to what you are learning and practicing
