Listen, I’m not just telling tales here, I have been through some pretty crappy stuff that started way back when I was 15 and out in the world alone. Each session has its own private group to connect, participate and grow. There will also be weekly opportunities to interact live through zoom
Self-Driven Format
Join me online daily for an hour of learning once per week. Then, do the exercises and join us in the Q & A. If you can’t join live, everything is recorded for later
PDF Worksheets
Helpful handouts will be available with the various topics we’ll discuss throughout the duration of the course. They will all be located in the Facebook group
